Accounts and listings
You must provide accurate account details and keep your password confidential. Listings must be lawful, accurate, and yours to offer. Do not post prohibited, misleading, or fraudulent content. Messaging is for genuine enquiries about listings.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or applicable law.
Paid features
Optional listing boosts and business subscriptions are paid through Stripe Checkout. Prices shown are the amount charged at checkout unless a paid-feature page says otherwise. Paid features are not a sale of the advertised goods.
Platform role
Adify is a venue. We are not a party to contracts between buyers and sellers, we do not hold goods, and we do not guarantee that a listing is genuine. Resolve disputes with the other party. We may remove listings or limit access to protect the marketplace.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Questions: contact us.
